Refund Policy

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered as instant downloads. Because the file is available immediately, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

If you have trouble accessing a purchase, email n1wellness@agentmail.to within 14 days and we will fix the access or issue a refund at our discretion.

Coaching Services

Coaching services may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the first scheduled call. After the first call, unused portions of a package are refundable on a prorated basis less a 10 percent administrative fee.
